Finance Supervisor- Bilingual

We're partnering with a growing industrial/manufacturing organization in the North Houston area that is seeking a Financial Supervisor to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual finance professional with strong FP&A experience who is ready to make an impact and potentially take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership
• Develop reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analysis
• Partner with operations and business leaders on strategic initiatives and cost optimization efforts
• Review purchase orders for budget compliance
• Assist with pricing analysis, business cases, and financial decision support
• Supervise and mentor accounting/finance staff while supporting team development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience
• Fluent Spanish required (supporting multiple Spanish-speaking regions)
• SAP experience strongly preferred; other ERP experience will be considered
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Leadership experience preferred, though strong Senior Analysts or Senior Accountants looking to step into a supervisory role are encouraged to apply

Preferred Background

• Manufacturing, industrial, construction, or related industry experience is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
